用途及說明 use and description
適用材質(zhì)范圍：橡膠、PVC、TPR、EVA、尼龍、PU等底材與PVC革、PU革、尼龍布、真皮、舒美絨等材料之間的粘合。
Applicable material range: Adhesion of rubber,PVC,TPR,EVA, nylon, PU and other materials to PVC leather,PU leather,nylon cloth, genuine leather and Sumei velvet.
注意事項(xiàng)及說明：
1、PU膠使用前添加3-5%的固化劑，攪拌均勻后使用。
2、白色材質(zhì)須選用不變黃型PU膠，配合不變黃型固化劑。
3、PU膠粘性維持時(shí)間較短，須趁熱貼合加壓。
4、手工及流水線作業(yè)時(shí)，應(yīng)避免所刷膠層受冷、濕風(fēng)直接吹襲。
5、所有溶劑型PU膠均可用本公司206稀釋。
6、水性PU膠必須配合水性固化劑使用。
7、遠(yuǎn)離火源。
Notes and instructions:
1. PU glue is added with 3-5% solid agent before use, stirring evenly after use.
2. White yellow PU adhesive should be selected for white material and yellow solid agent.
3.The adhesive time of PU is relatively short,must be pressed with heat.
4.In manual and pipelining operations, the rubber layer must be cooled and wet blown directly.
5. All solvent type PU adhesives can be diluted by 206 in our company.
6.Water based PU glue must be used with water solid agent.
7. Keep away from the fire.
